The passage in Resplandores for this issue does a wonderful job conveying this current offering's rarity, "Extremely rare and very underrated. So elusive is this coin that it has been omitted from major reference works because the authors had never seen one. Though the dusky patina is a bit uneven, signs of an actual cleaning are quite minimal.
