DROZ FECIT AN 1809 in two lines below truncation / Female figure, seated on throne to left, handing medal to old man standing to right, whom Mercury, standing facing between and holding caduceus, presents to her; dog at feet to left, barrels and sacks with coins spilling out at feet to right; J.
