| Lot description: Spain Philip V 8 Reales 1706 S-P AU53 NGC, Seville mint, KM266, Cal-1608. Denomination left. Incredibly scarce, the only example presently graded at NGC with representatives coming to public auction wholly infrequently, this being the first our firm has handled. Struck on a broad flan, wearing dark battleship gray patination that projects the argent highpoints into the viewer's space. Ex.
