All medals impressed.; (Brother 2) Trio to KIA: 1914-15 Star; British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal 1914-19. 755 Pte J.S.Mulholland. 13/Bn. A.I.F. on first medal, 755 L-Cpl. J.S.Mulholland. 13 Bn. A.I.F. on last two medals. All medals impressed. Two groups, toned extremely fine.

Together with a memorial fob in gold (9ct; 7.86g; 28mm), with scroll and ring top suspension, obverse inscribed with wreath and inside, 'From/Queenstown/Residents', reverse inscribed, 'In/Memory Of/8/395/Pte J.Mulholland/Who Fell In Action/May 1915/Also 755/L.Cpl/J.S.Mulholland/Who Fell In Action/Aug. 1916'.

James Mulholland, enlisted in Otago Infantry Battalion; Emb.16Oct1914 to Suez and then Gallipoli; KIA 02May1915 at Gallipoli; commemorated at Lone Pine Memorial, Lone Pine Cemetery, Anzac, Turkey.
