| Lot description: China Republic Sun Yat-sen "Upper Five-Pointed Stars/Dot Below Ear" Memento Dollar ND (1927) AU58 NGC, KM-Y318.1 (1912), L&M-48 (1928), WS-0158 (1927). Five-pointed upper stars variety with dot below ear. A very appreciable representative of the rarest variety in the Memento series. Confident in its near-Mint State evaluation, an interesting mottled patina of charcoal and sepia adorns the surfaces, adding visual intrigue to piece in hand.
