Lot description: Potosi, Bolivia, cob 8 reales, Philip II, assayer B (5th period). S-P14; KM-5.1; Cal-672. 21.04 grams. With bold full shield and lightly corroded full cross-lions-castles, all nicely toned, this is one of the best examples we have ever handled from this less-well-known shipwreck, most of whose finds were razor-thin.
