IONIA. Magnesia ad Maeandrum. Lucius Verus (161-169). Hexassarion.

Obv: AVT KAI Λ AVPH OVHPOC.
Laureate and cuirassed bust right.
Rev: OXOC / ΜΑΓΝΗΤΩΝ.
Ceremonial wagon (ὄχος) drawn right by quadriga of mules.

Cf. RPC IV online 1043 (legends); cf. Schultz 132 and 146 (same); CNG E-372, lot 306 (same dies; withdrawn due to question of ownership, not authenticity).

This specimen presents a clear reading of the reverse legend, with OXOC referring to the ceremonial wagon. Extremely rare.
