IONIA, Magnesia ad Maeandrum. Lucius Verus. AD 161-169. Æ Hexassarion (36mm, 25.50 g, 6h). AVT KAI Λ[...]C, Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / ΟΡΟC / ΜΑΓΝΗΤΩΝ, ceremonial wagon drawn right by quadriga of mules. Cf. RPC IV online 1043 (legends); cf. Schultz, Münzprägung 132 and 146 (same). Near VF, tan surfaces. Extremely rare, and possibly an unpublished type featuring a different obverse legend and arrangement, and the addition of the word "OPOC" on the reverse..
