CENTRAL EUROPE, Rhineland. Mid 1st century BC. Quinarius (Silver, 12mm, 1.70 g 10), Marberger Type from the west bank of the Rhine. Man seated to left, with tree to left and serpent below. Rev. Horse standing left, surrounded by pellets and annulets. ABT cf. 532. CCCBM II 519-523. Castelin 1108. DT 202. GB 55. LT 9383. Scheers 55. SLM 1109. W. 392. A very well preserved example nicely toned. Slightly off center, otherwise, good very fine.
