LYDIA, Thyateira. Pseudo-autonomous issue. Time of Hadrian, AD 117-138. Æ (24mm, 6.99 g, 12h). Draped bust of Tyche of Thyateira right, wearing mural crown / Eagle standing facing on uncertain object, with wings displayed. LS –; cf. SNG München 603 (for type; time of Commodus); SNG von Aulock –; cf. BMC 55 (same); otherwise unpublished. Good VF, tan and brown patina, a few cleaning marks, small flan split. Fine style portrait. Very rare.
