[IMP CAES] M AV ANTONINVS AVG Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Elagabalus to right, seen from behind. Rev. TYRIORVM Serpent coiled around ovoid baetyl, head left; to left, murex shell; to right, palm tree. Rouvier 2390 var. (serpent head to right, palm-tree to left, murex to right). RPC VI online 8639.
