MOESIA INFERIOR, Marcianopolis. Elagabalus. AD 218-222. Æ Tetrassarion (26.5mm, 8.59 g, 12h). Julius Antonius Seleucus, legatus Augusti pro praetore. Laureate head right / River-god Istrus reclining left on rock, holding reed and resting elbow on urn from which water flows. H&J, Marcianopolis 6.26.32.2; RPC VI Online 1490; AMNG 837; Varbanov 1588 (same dies). Green patina, minor roughness and scratches. Good VF.
