SYRIA, Seleucis and Pieria. Antioch. Titus as Caesar, AD 69-79. AR tetradrachm (14,72 g). Dated NHY 3 (of Vespasian) = AD 70/71. Laureate head right with aegis on shoulder / Eagle standing left on palm branch, holding wreath in beak; upright club in left field; Γ (date) in legend. Struck on the usual tight flan. Very minor porosity in fields. Patchy toning with some iridescence. RPC II, 1967, McAlee 379 var. (reverse legend with C instead of Σ), Prieur 140 and 142A Grade: 1/1+
