MACEDON, Philippi. Trajan. AD 98-117. Æ (28mm, 8.60 g, 6h). Dated Cos V (AD 103/11). Laureate and draped bust right / Statue of Divus Augustus standing left on base, being crowned by statue of Divus Julius Caesar; altars flanking base. AMNG –; RPC III 661 var. (but left); Varbanov 3781 var. (date, bust left). Dark green patina, oval flan. Good Fine. Very rare, no right facing busts are known for Trajan in this series.
