EGYPT, Alexandria. Nero. AD 54-68. BI Tetradrachm (27mm, 13.26 g, 1h). Dated RY 14 (AD 67/8). Radiate bust of Nero left, wearing aegis; L ΙΔ (date) below chin / Laureate and draped bust of Apollo Aktios right, quiver over shoulder. Köln 194; Dattari (Savio) 206; K&G 14.105 corr. (obv. legend); RPC I 5311; Emmett 111.14. Toned, some light porosity. VF. Very rare and finer than any of the specimens recorded at RPC.
