PAPHLAGONIA. Sinope. Augustus, 27 BC - 14 AD. (Bronze, 17 mm, 5.18 g, 12 h), year XXII = 22 = 25/4 BC. C I F AN XXII Bare head of Augustus to right. Rev. EX D D Cornucopia on globe. RPC 2114. Extremely rare, one of perhaps three or four known examples. With an attractive dark patina and a good youthful portrait of Augustus. Minor roughness, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
