PHOENICIA, Tyre. Diadumenian. As Caesar, AD 217-218. AR Tetradrachm (25.5mm, 12.45 g, 12h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Eagle standing facing on club right, head and tail left, with wings spread, holding wreath in beak; murex shell between legs. Prieur 1560. VF, lightly toned with underlying luster, a touch of porosity. Extremely rare, five known to Prieur, and none in CoinArchives.

When this coin was sold by NAC in 2008, they catalogued it as Prieur 1558, but Prieur reattributed it to his no. 1560.
