CILICIA. Anemurium. Philip I, 244-249. Tetrassarion (Bronze, 28 mm, 12.48 g, 7 h), RY 2 = 244/5. AY KAI M IOY [ΦIΛIΠΠON CЄ] Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Philip I to right, seen from behind. Rev. ЄT B ANЄMOYPIЄωN Facing cult statue of Artemis, holding branch in each hand; to left, stag advancing left, head to right. SNG Levante 500 var., SNG Paris 712 var. and Ziegler 210 var. (all with hunting dog to the right of cult statue). A very rare variety. Slightly porous, otherwise, very fine.
