Caracalla AR Tetradrachm of Tyre, Phoenicia. AD 213-217. ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙ ΑΝΤѠΝΙΝΟC CЄ, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right / ΔΗΜΑΡX•ЄΞ•ΥΠΑΤΟC ΤΟ•Δ•, eagle with wreath in beak standing facing on club, head and tail left, wings spread, and with murex shell between legs. Prieur 1546A (same obv. die); cf. Prieur 1547 (same rev. die). 11.90g, 25mm, 6h.

Good Very Fine. Struck on a tight flan. 'Find' patina.
