SELEUKID EMPIRE. Demetrios I Soter. 162-150 BC. AR Tetradrachm (29.5mm, 16.30 g, 1h). Antioch on the Orontes mint. Dated SE 159 (154/3 BC). Diademed head right / Tyche, holding short scepter and cornucopia, seated left on throne supported by tritoness right; two monograms to outer left, ΘNP (date) in exergue. SC 1641.4a; HGC 9, 798; DCA2 109. Toned with some golden hues, trace iridescence, some marks and scattered cleaning scratches, area of edge loss. VF.
