| Lot description: JUDAEA, Caesarea Panias. Diva Poppaea and Diva Claudia. Died 65 CE and 63 CE. Æ 3 Units (19mm, 6.85 g, 12h). Caesarea Panias (Caesarea Philippi) mint. Struck under Nero, 65-68 CE. Distyle temple set upon high podium, containing statue of Diva Poppaea seated left / Hexastyle temple set upon high podium, containing statue of Diva Claudia left on basis. Meshorer, Caesarea pl. 7, H; Hendin 6300; RPC I 4846; Rosenberger 47; Sofaer 87; Dow, ACTTB, p. 161 (this coin). Brown patina with earthen deposits, slight roughness, off center. Good Fine.
