BAKTRIA, Indo-Greek Kingdom. Zoilos III, circa 45-35 BC. Drachm (Silver, 17 mm, 2.36 g, 11 h), uncertain mint in the eastern Punjab. BAΣIΛEΩΣ ΣΟΤΗΡΟC / ZΩIΛOΥ Diademed and draped bust of Zoilos II to right. Rev. 'Maharajasa tratarasa Jhoilasa' ('of the Great King Zoilos the Savior' in Karoshti) Athena Promachos advancing left, holding shield on her left arm and brandishing thunderbolt with her right; to left, Karoshti letter; to right, monogram above Karoshti letter. Bopearachchi 1N (Zoilos II). HGC 12, 465 (Zoilos II). SNG ANS 1667. Nicely toned. Thin surface cracks on the obverse, otherwise, good very fine.
