| Lot description: BAKTRIA, Indo-Greek Kingdom. Apollodotos II, circa 85-65 BC. Drachm (Silver, 17 mm, 2.40 g, 12 h), uncertain mint in the eastern Punjab. BAΣIΛEΩΣ ΣΩTHPOΣ ΚΑΙ ΦΙΛΟΠΑΤΟΡΟΣ / AΠOΛΛOΔOTOY Diademed and draped bust of Apollodotos II to right. Rev. 'Maharajasa tratarasa Apaladatasa' ('of Great King Apollodotos the Savior' in Kharoshti) Athena Promachos advancing left, holding shield on left arm and brandishing thunderbolt with her right; in field to right, monogram.
