ATTICA, Athens. Circa 165-42 BC. AR Tetradrachm (30.5mm, 16.93 g, 12h). New Style coinage. Miki–, and Theophra–, magistrates. Struck 137/6 BC. Helmeted head of Athena Parthenos right / Owl standing right, head facing, on amphora; magistrates' names in fields; to right, Nike driving fast quadriga right; H on amphora, AP below; all within wreath. Thompson 319/320d (same obv./rev. die); HGC 4, 1602. Lightly toned. Near EF.
