Marks and scrapes, flan fault on obverse; within which, green encrustation over silver core, otherwise, very fine.

This lot is sold to benefit the Collier Prize in Ancient Numismatics offered by the American Numismatic Society.

Metallurgical analysis targeting the obverse flan fault shows that this coin is; 91.6% silver, 5.01% copper, 1.77% iron, 0.93% lead, 0.629% gold, 0.051% bismuth.
