Gold Mnaieion (Oktadrachm), circa 180-145 BC. Alexandria.
Commemorative issue struck under Ptolemy VI. Obv: diademed and veiled head right, wearing stephane; lotus-tipped sceptre in background, K to left. Rev: APΣINOHΣ ΦIΛAΔEΛΦOY, double cornucopiae bound with fillet.

Good Very Fine; a beautiful and bold example, particularly lustrous.
