Diademed head of Arsinoe III (?) to right. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ [ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ] Double cornucopiae tied with fillets. SNG Copenhagen 648 (Ptolemy IV). Svoronos 1160 (Ptolemy IV).
