M•ANTONIVS•IMP•COS•DESIG•ITER ET TERT•, head of Marc Antony right, wearing ivy wreath; lituus right below, all within wreath of ivy and flowers / III•VIR•-R•P•C•, draped bust of Octavia right above cista mystica, flanked by interlaced serpents with heads erect. As part of a pact at Brundisium in 42 BC, shortly after the Battle of Philippi, Marc Antony agreed to Octavian's arrangement to marry his widowed sister, Octavia. She traveled with Antony for several years and assisted in negotiating the renewal of the triumvirate in 37 BC, which would last until 33 BC.
