LUCANIA, Metapontion. Circa 290-280 BC. AR Nomos (21mm, 7.78 g, 7h). Wreathed head of Demeter right; Δ to left / Barley ear with leaf to right; above leaf, star above two amphoras; ΦI below. Johnston Class D, 4.15 (same dies); HN Italy 1625. Toned, minor die wear, a few tiny flan flaws on obverse. Near EF.
