MACEDON, Roman Republican period. Aesillas. Quaestor, circa 95-70 BC. AR Tetradrachm (31mm, 16.86 g, 12h). Uncertain mint. Head of the deified Alexander the Great right; monogram below chin / Money chest, club, and chair; all within wreath; B below. Bauslaugh Group III (O14/R83); SNG Copenhagen 1327; HGC 3, 1110. Remnants of find patina, horn silver. Good VF.
