From an American collection, acquired before 2021.

The style of the engraving seems to match closely the Alexandrine drachms from Magnesia, but this coin is not published in either Price or Hersh. Hersh does have the type, but in the name of Philip III, Hersh 34, but what would otherwise be Price P50A.
