Postumus. Romano-Gallic Emperor, AD 260-269. Æ Double Sestertius (31.5mm, 20.64 g, 1h). Treveri (Trier) mint. 3rd emission, 1st phase, circa late AD 260-late 261. Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Virtus standing right, holding long vertical spear pointing down and shield which rests on ground. RIC V.4 80; CGE 115; Bastien 153b (same obv. die); Banti 81 (this coin illustrated and referenced). Brown surfaces, cud and die defect on obverse, some porosity. VF.
