| Lot description: Crete, Koinon Titus Caesar, 70-79. Bronze circa 77, Æ 31.70 mm., 23.11 g. Laureate head r. Rev. ΖΕΥΣ ΚΡΗΤΑΓΕΝΗΣ Zeus standing, r., hurling thunderbolt; stars in field to l. and r.. RPC II 15. Svoronos 45. Only three specimens mentioned in RPC and none in coin-archives, attractive brown-green patina and Very Fine/About Very Fine. Apparently the only specimen in private hands.
