NABATAEA. Obodas II, with Hagaru I, 30-9 BC. Didrachm (Silver, 21 mm, 6.90 g, 12 h), RY 3 = 28/7 BC. Jugate diademed and draped busts of Obodas II and Hagaru I to right. Rev. ''bdt mlk' mlk nbtw snt 3' ('Obodas the king, king of the Nabataeans, year 3' in Nabataean) Eagle with closed wings standing left. Barkay 25. Meshorer 21. Very rare and in wonderful condition for this difficult issue. The obverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, good very fine.

Extremely rare year 2 issue, only three examples published (one illustrated in both CN and Al-Qatanani, the other in DCA).
