PISIDIA. Selge. Circa 400-325 BC. Stater (Silver, 25 mm, 10.67 g, 11 h). Two nude wrestlers, standing and grappling with each other; between, EY. Rev. [ΣΤΛΕΓΕ]ΙΙΥΣ Slinger standing right; between legs, astralagos; to right, triskeles running right; all within dotted square border within incuse square; five countermarks: three lion's head to right, within circular incuse, one uncertain, and a man-headed bull standing right with Aramaic legend 'Ba'al' above, both within rectangular incuses. SNG Paris 1922-3. Light scratches and with a test cut and a test punch on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
