Crude palm branch upright within wreath; "For the freedom of Jerusalem" (in paleo-Hebrew) around / Crude lyre of 3 strings; "Simon" (in paleo-Hebrew) around. Mildenberg –; Hendin 6463b (this coin illustrated); Meshorer 299. Green surfaces, some roughness. Near VF.

Mildenberg-75 (O12/R58); Meshorer-267; Hendin-1411. Obverse: Facade of the Temple at Jerusalem; showbread table within, star above; Reverse: Bundle of lulav; etrog to left. Fairly well centered, this impressive example presents a deeper gray tone and excellent overall detail remaining. An ever-popular and desirable type.
