Diademed, draped bust right, cross on the chest. Rev.: VICTOR-IAAGVSTOVA. Victory advancing to the right, holding crown and palm; in exergue CoИOᗡ. Au. 1,42 g. Possibly it is the Tomasini 404 as they are pieces that have the same manufacture. The Tomasini specimen is a picture, so the slight difference in the legend is understood.
