Draped bust of Constans II facing, with long beard and moustache, wearing crown ornamented with cross and holding globus cruciger in his right hand; in field to right, K. Rev. Large M surmounted by crowned and draped bust of Constantine IV holding globus cruciger in his right hand and flanked by crowned and draped busts of Heraclius and Tiberius, each holding globus cruciger in his right hand; in lower right field, officina letter.
