Follis (Bronze, 28 mm, 10.52 g, 6 h), Constantinopolis. +ЄMMANOVHΛ Nimbate bust of Christ facing, wearing tunic and pallium, raising his right hand in benediction and holding book of Gospels in his left; in fields, IC - XC. Rev. +IҺSЧS / XRISTЧS / bASILЄЧ / bΑSILЄ in four lines; above and below, floral ornament. DOC, Class A2. SB 1813. An attractive example with a lovely patina.
