The Caesarians. Julius Caesar. Late 48-47 BC. Fourée Denarius (16mm, 3.37 g, 6h). Diademed head of Venus right / Aeneas advancing left, holding palladium and bearing Anchises on his shoulder. Toned, porosity, some roughness, slight rubbed area of reverse revealing core. Fine.
