The Virgin enthroned facing, nimbate and wearing pallium and maphorium, holding with her both hands medallion of infant Christ, nimbate; in fields, MP - ΘV. Rev. MAN૪ΗΛ ΔЄCΠΟΤΗ Manuel I Comnenus standing facing, wearing crown with pendilia and loros, holding labarum in his right hand and globus surmounted by patriarchal cross in his left. DOC 12a. SB 1964. Minor areas of weakness and with light scratches, otherwise, good very fine.

Manuel I, bearded, on the left, holding akakia in his right hand, and St. Demetrios, beardless and nimbate, on the right, holding hilt of sword with his left, standing facing, holding between them labarum; around, traces of legend. DOC 9. SB 1974. Heavily clipped along the edge and with scratches, otherwise, about extremely fine.

Somewhat double struck on the obverse, otherwise, about extremely fine.

[MAN૪HΛ] ΔЄCΠΟTH / M - ΘV Manuel standing facing on the left, wearing crown, divitision and jewelled loros, holding akakia in his right hand and patriarchal cross in his left together with Virgin Mary standing facing on the right, nimbate, wearing pallium and maphorium and raising her left hand in benediction. DOC 2b. SB 1958. An unusually sharp and fresh example. Minor graffiti and with light doubling, otherwise, good extremely fine.
