HIERONYMVS S R E PRESB CARDIN CASTALDVS, bust facing slightly right, wearing cassock and biretta; diamond stops in legend / FVNDAVIT ANNO IVBILEI MDCLXXV, coat-of-arms surmounted by galero with tassels on either side.
