| Lot description: The Geoffrey Cope Collection of British Coins. William III & Mary. 1688-1694. AR Halfcrown. Dated 1689 and RY PRIMO. First bust. First shield. Caul only frosted, with pearls. Bull 831; ESC 505; SCBC 3434. An exceptionally high grade specimen. Excellent detail to busts. Pristine satin surfaces with hints of lustre. Very rare thus.
