The Queen's Beast Series was produced in honor of 10 Heraldic statues that represent the Genealogy of Queen Elizabeth II. The statues were placed in an Annex of Westminster Abbey for the Queen's coronation in 1953, with each statue weighing approximately 700 Pounds and being 6 Feet tall. The statues now reside in the Canadian Museum of History in Quebec. This example features the Red Dragon of Wales, a historic symbol of Wales mentioned in early Welsh chronicles.
