Exceptionally rare, possibly the only one surviving.In memory of the 5th anniversary of service (1900-1905) from comrades, belonged to N.V. Gokke.Obv.: In the center on white enamel two coats of arms of the Livonia Governorate and Governorate of Esthonia with the imperial crown.
