French Colony bronze Matte Specimen "Dunlop Factories" Medal 1922 SP66 PCGS, Unl. 50mm. By D. Baudichon. Surrounded by rubber trees, Mercure collects latex sap into a bowl, holding a tire inscribed DUNLOP CORD // SOCIETE ANONYME DES PNEUMATIQUES DUNLOP Dates 1888-1922 in center, portrait of John Boyd Dunlop in a cartouche framed with rubber tree leaves. Accompanied by original maroon box of issue with gilt lettering "Inauguration des Usines DUNLOP MONTLUÇON, 29 Septembre, 1922".
