KAROLV ˣ DI ˣ GR FRAИCORV ˣ RX, king standing facing within Gothic arch, holding sword with annulet pommel and Main de Justice; semé of nine lis to left and right / ✠ XPC ∗ VINCIT ∗ XPC ∗ RЄGNAT ∗ XPC ∗ IMPЄRAT, cross tréflée, pellet within angled quadrilobe at centre, cantoned with lis in first and fourth quarters, crown in second and third; all within angled quadrilobe, lis in spandrels.
