Serbia, Kingdom of Serbia, Peter I (1903-18), silver Two Dinara, 1915-A, Paris mint, design by Stefan Schwartz, bare head right, no name below, Cyrillic legend ПЕТАР I. КРАЉ СРБИЈЕ surrounding, rev. denomination and date 2 ДИНАРA 1915 across three lines centre within crowned laurel wreath, edge milled (cf. KM 26.2). A superb example of a rare die combination, very light bagmarks in fields but otherwise with full mint lustre, graded by NGC as MS64, the joint highest graded example.

NGC Certification 6673057-014

The Cyrillic legend translates as "Petar I, King of Serbia."

The total mintage for the three recorded die varieties is roughly 5,000,000, though the breakdown between the three is unknown. Of the total population graded at NGC, just 18 carry this die combination, making it by far the rarest type.
