GREECE. Georgios I, 1863-1913. Pattern 10 Lepta 1912 (Copper-Nickel, 21 mm, 3.95 g, 6 h), Paris , struck from dies by Ch. Pillet, plain edge with a central hole. 10 / ΛΕΠΤΑ Owl standing facing on a Panathenaic amphora lying on its side; to right, olive branch; below, CH. PILLET; ΕSSAI, in tiny letters, in the upper right field. Rev. BAΣΙΛΕΙΟΝ / ΤΗΣ /ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ / 1912 in four lines; to right, the crown of the Kingdom of Greece; the privy marks cornucopia (for the Mint Director) and torch (for the Engraver General, Henri-Auguste Patey, 1896-1930) flanking the date.
