GREECE. Otho, 1832-1862. 5 Lepta 1848 (Copper, 25 mm, 6.61 g, 6 h), Athens, struck from dies by K. Lange, reeded edge. BΑΣΙΛΕΙON ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ Crowned shield bearing the coat of arms of Greece with the Wittelsbach arms at the center. Rev. 5 ΛΕΠΤΑ 1848 Denomination and date in three lines within a laurel wreath tied above and below. Divo 23b. Karamitsos 68. KM 28. Very minor die break on the obverse. Graded by NGC "MS 61 BN". Cert number: 2908897-010.
